It's really important that you look at the powerpoint for today - it will be very useful to you. Over the next two days you will be planning and writing a formal letter of complaint. Today you will just be planning your letter - DO NOT WRITE YOUR LETTER TODAY!


You will be writing a letter of complaint about a hotel that you have stayed in. You can make this hotel up, you could use the hotel that you advertised last week or even base it on a real life experience.


Have a think about the sort of things that you could complain about; poor food, dirty rooms and miserable/unhelpful staff are some ideas. You will need to complain about at least 3 different things.


Use the planning template that I have attached below. The more you fill in, the easier you will find it to write your letter.
