As the sun has made an appearance today, it would be great if you could get outside to complete your exercise. I've attached a link to PE with Joe but how you choose to complete your exercise today is entirely up to you.
You could go outside and create your own circuit. Try to include 5 different exercises and make sure to do each exercise for at least 30 seconds. Send us pictures or videos of you completing your workout.

Mountain climbers
Step Ups
Skipping
Plank
High Knees
Side to side jumps
Sit ups
Planks
