I have attached a link to Wednesday's PE with Joe Wicks. Some of you might have already done this and may choose another way to keep active. There are lots of other home workout videos for children on Youtube. It's really important to keep yourself active in some way. Think about the definition of exercise that we learned about a few weeks ago in Science - physical activity that increases your heart rate. Try to be active for at least 20 minutes!
