Hi Year 3,
Same structure as last week. Access the work each day and keep an eye out for the videos which we post on Seesaw. Make sure you keep uploading your work to Seesaw and message on there too if you need any help with any of the work.
Hi Year 3, hope you have had a good weekend. All of the work which you will be completing this week can be found on here. You will find that most of the work for the entire week will be available on here from Monday however, as we work through the lessons at home and here in school, we will still be assessing how well you have done with everything like we usually do. Therefore, you might find that some work may only be set the night before the day you are due to complete the work or work might even be changed to reflect how well you have all engaged and performed with the previous day's work. This will mainly be the case for Maths and English so keep checking each day for your work rather than downloading it all on Monday as some of it may be altered or changed.
I am attaching a suggested timetable for you all to follow each day this week.
9:00-9:30 - Reading Plus and TT Rockstars
9:30-10:30 - Maths
10:30-11:00 - Break
11:00-12:00 - English
12:00-13:00 - Lunch break
13:00-14:00 - Afternoon lesson 1
14:00-15:00 - Afternoon lesson 2
This is obviously only a suggestion. You do not have to stick exactly to these times. However, I would ask that if you are working at home you do wait until 9:30am to start your maths lesson. This is because in school we are going to start our maths at 9:00am. At the start of the lesson in class we will record our input (like we did on Friday) and upload it to Seesaw. You can then watch this before you start working through any lesson presentation and worksheets.
I would then encourage you to send messages on Seesaw with any questions you have about the video input, the lesson presentation or the activities. This will then give us chance to respond to you with a message back or if needed, we can record another video clip and post these to you on Seesaw to address any difficulties that you might be having.
We will continue to monitor Seesaw throughout the day and will respond in a similar way to English. Some English sessions will also have pre-recorded videos put onto Seesaw to accompany them but you can definitely expect a daily maths video.
Please bear with us with uploading the video inputs for the maths sessions as technology can sometimes fail us but it seemed to work quite well on Friday so fingers crossed, we should be okay.
