Charity work
At St Catherine's we are so proud of the work we do in living out our Christian values. We take the learning from our RE lessons and use this to make a difference in our world. We are proud of the charity work our school carries out to support those in need in our local community, nationally and globally. Our children amaze us with their compassion and care for those who are less fortunate than us we enable them to choose the charities they would like to support with each class choosing their charity for after the stay and pray assemblies. We also use our Aspire teams to focus on an important person who inspires us to do good and we support their charity by fundraising throughout the year. Our children live their values in a number of ways from donations for the local foodbank, own clothes days and coffee morning to litter picks to care for Gods creation. Our charity work calendar is carefully planned and implemented throughout the school year we are so proud of the difference our children make.
