PE

This term, we have PE on MONDAY and FRIDAY.  Children should come to school in PE kit on these days.

Homework – Spellings and Times Tables

You can find spelling overviews for each term below.

A homework message will be sent weekly on Dojo explaining which spelling list and times tables your child should learn for the following week.

Spellings and times tables are tested each FRIDAY.

Reading books

Two books will be issued each FRIDAY. Books to be returned on the following THURSDAY. Please use your Reading Diary to record when your child reads.

Reading Challenge books 

All books are allocated with a book review, which needs to be completed to a high standard with lots of detail in writing pencil, and should be returned on the given due date along with the book. Please ensure that your child is reading these books every night and are brought back on their due date so a new book can be issued.

Water Bottles

Please ensure your child brings a clearly labelled water bottle everyday, this should be water and not flavoured water or juice.

Snack

Children are provided with a snack for playtime if you wish to send your child in with their own snack this must be fruit only.
